Intro to Revolver
Prerequisite: NONE | One Day | $50
This is an entry level course that focuses on teaching the student the operational characteristics of the Revolver. Students will progress from basic handling and marksmanship skills to advanced shooting and reloading drills. This course focuses on techniques that will allow the student to develop skills that will increase their speed, accuracy, and confidence with a Revolver in a tactical environment.
The following topics will be covered during the course:
Characteristics and accessories
Fundamentals of revolver shooting
Reloads (admin, tactical and speed)
Shooting positions and transitioning to shooting positions
Multiple target engagement
Firing from barricades
Minimum of 300 rounds
Revolver, minimum of three speed loaders, some type of ammunition holders capable of holding speed loaders, belt, eye protection, ear protection, weapons cleaning kit.
Note: We recommend electronic noise canceling ear protection as it will allow you to hear the instructors clearly when they give commands or personal instruction while on the firing line actively shooting.
